Crafted in New England in true colonial style, our Roanoke Braided Stair Treads are flat braided using texturized polypropylene yarns, which create a wool-like finish and make the rug stronger and more flexible.
With a woven polypro core, these heavy-weight braids will always retain their shape and strength. They're so comfortable, colorful and durable, you'll want them in all the busiest areas of your home. Use indoors or out - the colors will always remain bright and true. Plus, they reverse for twice the wear! Use of a rug liner/pad is recommended.

Care and Cleaning
Enjoy years of beauty and durability of this Indoor/Outdoor Roanoke Braided Stair Tread with the following proper maintenance:
100% polypropylene is durable and easy care. Shake out or vacuum the stair tread as needed (do not use beater attachment). To spot clean, use a mild soap/water solution and hose down, then air dry completely.
During initial use, "sprouts" of yarn may work their way to the surface. These are not defects, but a natural occurrence. Do not pull them; snip neatly with scissors. Reverse and rotate stair treads over time. This process will prolong their life by evenly distributing the wear.
