This is well-made and sturdy, but it needs to be taller -- at the very least, they should offer a 12-inch extension. The hose loops they show in the photo are only about 12 inches in diameter. The product needs to be taller in order to accommodate any significant length of hose and keep it off the ground. I bought this to store the hose above the ground and facilitate mowing. Unfortunately, this doesn't really serve my intended purpose. Guess I wasted [$].

I live in a town home and have limited options for lawn/garden items. The lawn crew ran over my hose last year. This solved the problem and looks great. It came with a defective bolt. I contacted Plow and Hearth and within a day or so had a replacement. Thank you Plow and Hearth for your excellent customer service.

I didn't want to put holes in the side of my house and kind that roll up the hose would've been too big for the corner of my flower bed. Not sure this will actually hold 100' of hose but since I have a shorter one on it, it does the job perfectly for me. It's also nicer to look at. My sister-in-law wants me to order her one, too, she liked it so well.

This product does what it says and is easily assembled. I wish you would carry more of these types of items, but have them made in the United States. I would have paid a little more to support jobs here.

I needed a holder I could place at the edge of the yard that looked nice and was easy to install and sturdy. This really filled that need. It's not very tall though so I had to coil the hose a little smaller that I would have liked. Even so - it is definitely worth the price.

I needed something to hold a hose in my small side yard and did not want to attach anything to the house. I would not say this is beautiful, but it is nice enough and holds a long hose. I like the fact that can be detached for winter or storm removal, or if I need to relocate the hose for any garden projects.

Product is great. I returned it simply because I had ordered the hose holder with faucet also and like it so well, I returned this one and ordered a second one with the faucet.

I use it for my front yard landscaping with a 50 foot hose, which isn't too long to wind manually when I'm done with it. For longer hoses, I'd recommend a product with a winding mechanism. It's well-made, looks inconspicuous and can be moved as needed. I live in the high desert where plastic hose holders deteriorate with the strong sun and I appreciate that this product should do well for years to come.

This (as other reviewers said) is very heavy duty and well-constructed. You need to tighten the screws pretty good on the two parts. I found that once I found a spot in the yard to put it all the way down, it was fine. But it does have to be pushed down in as far as it can, otherwise it will be wobbly with a hose on it. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. I have two and they are nice, but not showy. Look neat and tidy.

The hose holder is excellent. We would like it better if the legs were a little taller so that the item sits about 3-4 inches higher off the ground. This would provide for less bending when re-winding the hose.

I wasn't sure if this would be strong and stable enough to support my 100' hose, but it does! It is also not difficult to unwind the hose, because it doesn't get tangled up. This was a great buy!

I ordered two of these and the first box I opened neglected to include the instructions, but it was fairly basic and not needed, although you will need 2 pliars and a philips screwdriver. These are very sturdy and can handle a 100 foot, heavy-weight hose no problem. The tripod prongs are sufficient to keep the holder upright without toppling. Love the look-dresses up the eyesore of a jumble of garden hose.

This is a very sturdy hose holder that is easy to set up near our faucet and keeps the hose out of our way when not in use. Mostly I like this product because it is easy to unwind the hose when you need to water something in your yard or garden and easy to put away.

I love my new hose holder. It was very simple to assemble and is an attractive addition to my patio. It beats the old hosereel....is much easier to use. A friend just recently inquired as to where I got it. If I were to improve on it, I would make it about 4" taller. Thank you Plow & Hearth.
