I purchased eight of the snowman winter friends covers and they worked great for our arborvitaes! I used a hot glue gun to adhere the snowman decals, and they held strong all winter long. The drawstring on the bottom of the cover makes it easy to loosen and tighten the cover depending on the size of the bush. I would definitely recommend purchasing these for tall bushes like arborvitaes.

I really thought the snowman shrub cover was a great idea. It looked cute, but first snow and a bit of wind, we lost one of the eyes and the carrot nose fell off in a few days. I put them on as securely as possible with the materials provided. Needs better glue, or something.... Too bad, I liked it, but it didn't hold up.

The penguins did a great job of protecting our three camelias. Today we removed the penguins from the shrubs -- no wind burn and no other evidence of cold damage. The penguins have been retired to our basement for serving next year. They also added a great sight to our winter view from our sunroom!

This was a fun and festive way to cover the Arborvites in front of my home. It not only protects the trees from the ice & snow, but is a whimsical decoration as well. I especially love how the little wings will flap around when the wind blows... it really animates it!

Faces fell off 2nd day...so disappointed! Now they look like Halloween ghosts instead of Snowmen. Would not recommend.

I loved the Snowmen Covers, however, my bushes are too large for the size I ordered. Please make some twice the size and I will order two.

These protective covers work great and I love that they are white and not the green that is available in big box stores- but doesn't let light in so has to be timely removed. But my gripe is the faces. They are just stickers. And they are not durable at all. What a waste. They should have just attached the face pieces on to the cloth permanently.

Mr. Snowman effectively protected plants from the cold all winter. The drawstring around the bottom worked well and prevented winds from dislodging the cover. The neighbors loved him.

I gave three of the them to my daughter.
she used one in front of her house and one around the hot tub. Since they live in Cleveland with lots of snow, they did a very good job of protecting her plants plus all her neighbors and her little girl just loved their appearance. They held up very well in their harsh waeather. She will definitely use them again next year.

This product effectively protected my new Scotch Brush during a rough winter. However the stick-on carrot & coals did not adhere well. By the end of the winter my snowman looked pretty beat up. I will use it again next year sans stick-ons.
