I bought this for my kitchen because the description said it was good for high traffic areas. The loops do not hold up well to cat claws and the cleaning instructions say to not use a beater bar vacuum. I am replacing the two of these I bought with indoor/outdoor rugs.

Beautiful design, but not for high traffic areas. Catalogue said it could easily be cleaned with a hose outside, but tag on back of rug from vendor said that professional cleaning was recommended and should be spot cleaned. And the loops pulled out easily which really detracted from the look!

This rug is helping hide my 60's linoleum floor in our small kitchen and it looks great and wears well. The colors were exactly what I expected--helps add a little character to an out-of-date area.

This is the most beautiful rug I own but it is only a few weeks old and has a number of noticeable snags making me worry as it is not in a high traffic area. I think it's overpriced for the value.
