Weather-Resistant White Metal Butterfly Garden Bench

The bench looks great and is really pretty with azaleas planted around it. There were several small places where the plant has chipped off, so we had to paint these areas.

Plow & Hearth seems to be a really good & caring company. I would have given it 5 stars because I really like it. However, it does have rust spots on it and I feel I must spray it with Rustoleum before putting it out.

We recently returned from a cruise. Our first stop was Key West, where we visited Butterfly Conservatory. Loved their Butterfly bench, but cost about $500.00. I ordered this Butterfly bench and LOVE it. Well made, and easy to put together. It is just too cute. Will seat two people. Worth every penny.

This is a patio bench. It will be outside all the time...that is why I repainting it so it will take rain falling on it. I purchased a seat cushion that I will store when not in use.

Proudly sits in my front yard, front & center underneath my Japanese cherry blossom tree; all eyes are immediately drawn to it not only for its dazzling bright heavenly white color but also the french type design! Not to mention the daffodils, roses, and tulips that surround it, as well as my black wrought iron fence with three muses fountain in the background. :)

Ordered the Butterfly Bench for my mom for Christmas, we knew it was not going to be shipped until March, but that was ok, we printed a picture of it for her. The Butterfly Bench has already arrived and it is beautiful. I thought it would sit at least 2, but it will sit 3, even better. It is very sterdy and will last many, many years for my mom to enjoy. Thank you Plow & Hearth for such a great product and a great price.

Great focal point in garden to add interest with a touch of whimsy. Always brings a smile when I look at it. Wish they had other other designs, and I'd buy another.

What a disappointment! I have a rainbow garden. For several years, I have been searching for the perfect bench for the garden. Then I found it - the butterfly bench was perfect. When the package arrived, I was so excited. Then, I wondered why the package was so light. I took the package out to the rainbow garden, so I could assemble it close to its spot. When I unwrapped the parts, screws started flying all over the place. The screws needed for the assembly weren't even packaged. The assembly directions were not worth the paper they were printed on. Perserverance got the puzzle put together. It is very flemsey. I dared to sit on it, but very gingerly. There are rust spots. If it weren't so perfect for the spot, it would certainly be returned, but returning is more trouble. I will enjoy it as long as it lasts. But the poor quality makes me resistant to ordering from Plow & Hearth again. Too bad, because my next big project is a garden room and there are so many wonderful looking items for my plan, but I dare not take a chance on poor quality.

It looks beautiful..but the metal is very fragile. I am afraid it will rust easily. My other concern is the frame, I don't think it can withstand too much weight. Careful when you sit! I like it and I am glad I bought it even if it last only one season :)
