This garden statuary adds whimsy to my garden. I know that my beautiful grand-daughter is going to love it. She loves the outdoors and loves looking for new additions that are here and there in my garden. Plow and Hearth have unique items that I love!!!

Based on previous experience with W & W and other reviews about this item, I was worried at first that the item would arrive damaged. Distributor must have gotten the message because mine arrived very well packed and with no damage. I am completely happy with my purchase. Adorable addition to my front porch garden décor.

very cute, packaging falling apart, I will keep it but one of the mouse's ears is missing, not in the packaging, not worth trying to send back, apparently it was not noted when packaging and sending it. Otherwise a cute decoration.

I purchased this as a gift for friends, after reading review about damages in shipping, I was apprehensive, when it arrived, the shipping box was damaged so I opened it right away, thought I would have to send it back, but even though the packing was sparse and the box had a huge hole in it, the item was in perfect shape. My friends love it and I can only suggest better interior packing and stronger shipping box.

The item was all I expected and I am hoping it warms the hearts of my friends each time they look at it, as much as it did mine when I saw it.

This is a reminder of a cat I once had. I have it placed some distance from my window near a spruce tree. Very realistic in the shade of the tree. I store it in the shed for the winter.

As with some of the other reviewers, I was looking for something to place near our cat's grave in the flower bed. It was ideal, and it will bring a smile to us everytime we look out in the backyard.

We love cats, especially black ones, and this will make for a nice decoration in the rock garden come spring. It's sturdy, nice detail, realistic yet whimsical. Over the years, because of MS, I have had to modify my rock garden (more rock, obedient plants, and structures to steady myself from level to level). I think this little cat-on- stump, if properly secured, will be useful for stability.

The first came with cat broke off. There was a hole in box as big as my fist, so no wonder. Plow & Hearth replaced the cat and immediately sent it out. I was able to throw the other away. I liked I didn't have to take time to mail it back. I would order again from this company.

Love it; but paint was chipped off of the mouse's ear and back....very disappointed it that. How do I add color to the sculpture to cover the chipped places?

I read a lot of reviews about this product. My only concern was there would be a problem with shipping. I received this product in perfect condition and I can't wait to give it too my mother for Christmas. She's gonig to love it!

I liked this all summer long, when the price break came thru this fall I just had to have!
When I got it I liked it so much I reordered for a gift for mother in law for Christmas.

We were able to get this on sale, so it's the end of the season in which we can display it. Therefore we can't comment on it's resistance to the outdoor elements. We will be placing it on or near our patio in the backyard where we hang out and entertain. We expect to receive lots of comments and compliments and if we don't that's fine because we love it. Our only complaint, which is outside the control of Plow & Hearth, is the styrofoam packaging which stuck to everything! Although the box was dented in places, the cat came unharmed.

This is just a wonderful little sculpture, esp. for cat lovers. It's carving and quality are lovely - although I would recommend putting it in an enclosed or protected area since it doesn't seem as tho it would survive too long in winter weather. My mom keeps it on her porch and it is one of her favorite things. I would have given this a five star rating if it wasn't for what so many others have mentioned...the poor packaging. The first one I ordered arrived damaged; the entire base was separated from the rest of the design and there were cracks in the rest of it as well. Inside the box the protection was non-existent; the statue had obviously been tossed all over inside the box. My mom loved the statue so much that we returned it and got another one...the box was damaged again, but thankfully the statue was intact. Honestly I just can't understand why the company has not improved in their shipping technique after all the complaints. It's a shame because the statue itself is so unique and simply delightful.
