Beautifully crafted from eco-friendly, sustainable eucalyptus, our classic slatted swing is made for long-term outdoor use - with little or no maintenance required. Eucalyptus is very dense, with a straight grain and high oil content, so it's exceptionally durable and weather resistant. It's excellent for outdoor furniture-the look and style of teak without the maintenance and expense.
Each piece is simple and elegant in design, with perfectly spaced slats, well-proportioned contoured seats and wide arms.
The natural pieces feature a deep, rich stain that weathers over time to a soft gray. Or stain it occasionally to maintain the warm, rich hues. Painted pieces have an automotive-grade paint guaranteed to withstand the elements. Assembly required. Note: Customer will need to purchase additional hardware to install.
Swing Springs add extra fun to any swing. Heavy-duty springs have a 700 lb. capacity so you can bounce and swing at the same time.

Comments about Product: I purchased this swing to change a homemade wooden swingset structure from children's play to adult leisure. It is extremely durable construction, and came with all necessary hardware. Installation was a breeze. I purchased the tan color and it is a very natural looking wicker with red highlights, it doesn't have a "plastic" look. The only negative I can find is that is would not be very comfortable without a seat pad, however I also purchased the P & H pad in hunter green, and it's quite a nice spot to lounge.
Love the swing!
Comments about Product: I love our swing and have received many compliments from our neighbors. It is very comfortable. However, it took 2 trips to the hardware store to get enough chain to hang it. The price was reasonable, but enough chain should be included with the swing. Several reviewers have mentioned this!
By Swinging happy
Comments about Product: This is a terrific swing at a good price. We put it up last year in our coastal home and have been very happy with it. My only complaint was the chain which is not stainless steel (I didn't even think about it) and eventually began to rust in this humid climate. However, customer service was terrific by sending another chain and I learned that, in our area at least, I should spray the chain with Clear Coat from the hardware store.
Comments about Product: How fun to sit on the porch on a spring morning, sipping my coffee, watching the world whiz by.
Comments about Product: I love my swing. So easy to hang, but I'm glad I also ordered the springs with it. Very comfortable. Had it out one day and already took a nap on it.
Better than I expected
Comments about Product: I ordered this with the springs and the cushions with a pillow. The swing is very comfortable.
Loving that Wicker Swing
Comments about Product: Lovely swing, comfortable to sit in on front porch. Only problem was hanging hardware made it sit too high to use, so reused previously owned hardware.

Worth Every Cent
Comments about Product: I purchased this swing the first time in 1999.
I have looked high and low to find it again.
This is the most attractive and comfortable swing
I have ever had the pleasure of sitting in.
Perfect backporch swing
Comments about Product: This is a wonderful addition to any home for summertime relaxation. We owned one for several years and our four daughters always wanted to sit and swing so we added a second one to our backporch. We always receive many compliments from guests and it is always the first seat that they sit in. We have enjoyed many hours of relaxing, reading, swinging and enjoying our swings. Very well constructed and both continue to be in excellent condition. Well worth the price!
Wont sell it back for what I paid for it
Comments about Product: My swing is hung under two trees for shade and comfort. Love sitting here reading (or napping). Loved the fact that there was no assemblty required. I opened the box & hung it up and started to enjoy.

Comments about Product: I was pleased with the appearance and comfort. However, the chains are too short for any practical use. My husband was required to redesign the chains. Keep that in mind when purchasing.
Love this swing!
Comments about Product: We put this swing on our porch of our lake house facing the water. We did have to add chain since the ceiling is 9 feet. I would recommend purchasing the springs. It looks great and very comfortable. Love the cushions we purchased as well.

I would buy this product again.
Comments about Product: Beautiful and comfortable!
Comments about Product: Nice swing and very durable. The only complaint would be after 2 seasons the paint coat has chipped in some places. Nothing fell on it or hit it, just over time began to wear and needs paint and touch up. Swing was even brought in for the winter. For the price, should be more durable.
Resin Wicker Porch Swing
Comments about Product: I have this item hanging under a pergola, nestled among 7 large pines, it is absolutely beautiful, and will be enjoyed for years to come.

"Swanging " on my front porch!
Comments about Product: Don't forget to get the springs for hanging it--that adds a lot to the comfort. I love to swing in the evenings when the sun is setting with my cat lying at my feet. Sometimes she will swing with me--gently. For me, this is a God given gift. I love it!
Comments about Product: It hasn't had to withstand any bad weather yet, so the verdict is still out, but so far, so good!
a great place to watch sunsets
Comments about Product: I love to sit on the swing at sunset. It is very well made and very relaxing to sit in. The only problem I saw was the paint had runs in it, but not bad enough to send it back.
Great swing completes the porch!
Comments about Product: Looks wonderful. Just what we wanted for our front porch.

Not all pieces pictured included
Comments about Product: Nice swing, but don't expect to get the clear sleeve covering the chain that protects the arm, which you see in the picture. Also, the swing only comes with the chains you see in the picture below the S hook. You need to supply the chain to hang the swing from the ceiling or a frame, as well as the necessary mounting hardware. It's a shame they didn't include these things, or at least make it clear in the description that they are not included. A bit deceptive as I considered both in making my decision to buy this swing over others.

The Olla: A Brief History
Olla (Spanish, pronounced “oh-ya”) jars have been around since ancient times. Made of unglazed ceramic, ollas traditionally have short, narrow necks with wider bodies, and are made in a variety of shapes. They have been used for thousands of years for cooking, storage, and plant irrigation.
When used to irrigate plants, an olla is buried neck-deep in the ground near a plant’s roots, with the opening of the olla extended above the soil so that it can be filled with water periodically. The porous walls of the unglazed pottery allow the water to seep through gradually, constantly and consistently hydrating the plants without overwatering them – and without wasting precious water to evaporation or runoff.
The use of ollas for irrigation was introduced to the American Southwest by Spanish conquistadors during Colonial times, becoming very common among Native American tribes and Hispanic settlers. Though the technique gave way to more modern methods of irrigation some time ago, its superior efficiency, coupled with its simplicity, has caused it to make a comeback. Though the technique has changed little since its introduction, today’s ollas are usually capped off, making them even more water-efficient.
Perfect for home gardens, Ollas are a super-easy, eco-friendly, less time-consuming way to water annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables and plants of all kinds in dry, sandy soil, very hot or drought-prone areas, raised beds, and even pots, planters and hanging baskets. Fill the olla before you leave on a short vacation to enjoy worry-free watering – and a smaller water bill!
