USA-Made Waterhog™ Americana Doormat

I purchased this rug to put in front of the door going from the laundry room to the garage. It catches the gravel my husband drags in, which can be vacuumed or hosed off. The second best thing is the red color. Other rugs tend to be maroon, brick red or orangy red.

Love this water hog. It is so much better than the regular throw rug I had by my door to the deck. Sometimes the deck is dirty or wet, and the rug soaks it up well. It is Patriotic and looks great with the dimentional stars. Have ordered a second!!

Nice bright red color and love the design. Was pleasantly surprised when, after my husband accidently spilled some white paint on the mat, after patting off the excess paint, I was able to rinse all of the remaining paint off the mat. No one would know there was ever any paint on it.

I placed my order for the large Americana doormat on a Tuesday and received it via UPS on the following Monday. Not only was it delivered promptly but was well packaged and not rolled so tightly that I couldn't lay it flat immediately. The color is a true dark red (not burgundy) and is darker than the photograph depicts. Other than needing a good vacuuming to get some fuzz off of it the doormat was in great condition and appears very well made. I must admit that to look at the photograph you might think it would be heavier than it actually is. I am so pleased with the purchase that I plan to order another in the smaller size for the back door.

Stays put on berber carpet. Heat pressed pattern of stars and stripes. Black rubber backing imbedded into two of the stars--not so nice.
