    I use this piece in my foyer for mail, keys and correspondence. Bottom enclosed area is perfect for extra gloves and scarves in the winter.

      I bought this to put in my kitchen to hold my cookbooks and get them all in one place. I needed it to be narrow to fit where I wanted it. It is the perfect size for that, but unfortunately my standard cookbooks are too tall to fit for easy access. In the picture of the one I was ordering the door was white, but my entire piece is black. I still love it though and will put it to good use.
