Comments about Product: I love this chair. It is perfect for the little corner of the room I bought it for, it is very well made - in The United States - and the price is more than fair for such quality. The frame is sturdy, the fabric is substantial, and the rockers are smooth. Very comfortable, and will surely last a long time. It's perfect. Thank you, Plow and Hearth, for offering merchandise that is made in the USA.
Comments about Product: This rocker is perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the cost. I was in love with the Pottery Barn style rockers, but they were too pricey. When I came across this one almost a year ago, I couldn't believe the price and all of the color options. They sent me a few color samples I was interested in, and I ended up going with beige. This rocker is very comfy and looks perfect in my baby girls nursery. I noticed they do not carry as many color options anymore, which is a shame, but they still have some great options!
Comments about Product: This chair is comfortable and well made. I purchased this in the Harrisburg, PA store and it looks great in my family room. This chair is built to last and made in America. You can not go wrong with buying this chair.

LOVE this chair!
Comments about Product: I bought this chair for my living room after getting spoiled with my sister's rocking recliner that she took with her when she moved. This has quickly become everyone's favorite chair when they visit. The quality of the construction and fabric are impressive, and my mom is thinking of buying one!
Comments about Product: I love this chair. It is so comfortable and classy. It is a fit for any room in the house.
9 Years Later and Still Loving This Chair!
Comments about Product: I have had this chair for over 9 years! It has lasted through three babies and is now our Den Chair. The fabric is in perfect condition, never ripped after 9 years of abuse! My only wish is that a slip cover would be available. The fabric on my chair is no longer an option here but I would love a slipcover to change the look just because I often change the colors in my house.
I love it.
Comments about Product: I was looking forever to find a rocker for my nursery but couldn't find what I would like (color, design etc.) but this chair rocks. It was delivered when my husband was home and he called me and said that this chair is his. When I came home, I absolutely understood what he meant. It is so comfortable, has an excellent quality and really pretty (we have the natural fern) and thankfully it was delivered earlier than expected. Everyone should have one of these chairs.

Happy to buy American!
Comments about Product: My most favorite chair for reading and relaxing. Good quality materials and workmanship. Firm, high-density foam will provide comfort for many years. Upholstery material is beautiful with rich color and texture. And made right here in America! I always look for American made products, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a line of furniture like this offered by Plow and Hearth.
Comments about Product: I love the rocker; fabric seems to be good quality and rocker is comfortable; but when we got it, discovered the rockers (on bottom of chair)looked used. Husband is going to have to stain them to make them look good. Too much trouble to send whole chair back.
Very well made
Comments about Product: We are very pleased with the chair and have placed it next to our fireplace in our living room.

Love this chair
Comments about Product: Absolutely love this chair! The construction and fabric are both wonderful. Delivered in a timely fashion. I was pleased that the actual chair was slightly smaller than i envisioned from the catalog. I am thinking to order another one for my family room.
Comments about Product: I waited a long time for the rocker to be made and shipped; but it was so worth the wait. It is so comfortable. I put mine in the kitchen so I have a nice place to read or sit while my cookies bake!

Just My Size
Comments about Product: I am short and this rocker is just my size, my feet don't dangle. Chair is comfortable and I love the denim stripe fabric.
Comments about Product: We ordered this and the club chair and they are beautiful. However, they take FOREVER to ship. Now ordered pillows and they are also taking FOREVER.
Love this Chair!
Comments about Product: This chair is so comfortable. Made extremely well. Looks real nice in our living room. I chose the Harvest Foral pattern, so it has an antique look. They didn't have all the patterns that you can chose from now, when I chose mine. I might have gone with a lighter color, but it's beautiful no matter what. There's nothing not to like about this chair!

Comments about Product: I own two of these chairs. One I have had for a couple of years and the other I just received yesterday. They are very well made and comfortable. I would not hesitate to buy this as a gift or recommend to a friend. I use one in my bedroom, and because I loved the first one so much I ordered another for the living room.
Comments about Product: This rocker chair is perfect for our cabin.
Love this rocker, but....
Comments about Product: I love this rocker, but. Could have used better packing for the legs had no support in shipping so the legs wobbled and stripped the screw holes so we ended up replacing the wood under bottom of rocker and made new holes. But I love the rocker.

The Olla: A Brief History
Olla (Spanish, pronounced “oh-ya”) jars have been around since ancient times. Made of unglazed ceramic, ollas traditionally have short, narrow necks with wider bodies, and are made in a variety of shapes. They have been used for thousands of years for cooking, storage, and plant irrigation.
When used to irrigate plants, an olla is buried neck-deep in the ground near a plant’s roots, with the opening of the olla extended above the soil so that it can be filled with water periodically. The porous walls of the unglazed pottery allow the water to seep through gradually, constantly and consistently hydrating the plants without overwatering them – and without wasting precious water to evaporation or runoff.
The use of ollas for irrigation was introduced to the American Southwest by Spanish conquistadors during Colonial times, becoming very common among Native American tribes and Hispanic settlers. Though the technique gave way to more modern methods of irrigation some time ago, its superior efficiency, coupled with its simplicity, has caused it to make a comeback. Though the technique has changed little since its introduction, today’s ollas are usually capped off, making them even more water-efficient.
Perfect for home gardens, Ollas are a super-easy, eco-friendly, less time-consuming way to water annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables and plants of all kinds in dry, sandy soil, very hot or drought-prone areas, raised beds, and even pots, planters and hanging baskets. Fill the olla before you leave on a short vacation to enjoy worry-free watering – and a smaller water bill!
