I like the ball bearing mechanism and it was working well until the pole bent causing the entire product to fail. Can you get a replacement pole without having to buy the entire set?

Love everything about the flag except the eagle on top hangs upside down due to the weight of the eagle, in combination with the swivel design. Minor con, but it does bother us.

I bought this Flag and pole combination because it said it was made in USA...however, that was misleading because the pole kit was made in China. I still like the Flag tho...it is well made and beautiful...and came boxed nicely.

We leave the flag out all the time, it's great quality doesn't fade and flys proudly on our front portch. We purchased two others for family members as gifts and will probably do so again.

For the first two months, we loved this product! Then, somehow, even though in high winds we would bring pole and flag inside, the pole became bent (so my husband says--tho I can't really "see" the bend)and it no longer functions as it should. It doesn't seem to turn within itself. The first flag we used before it became ragged was of rayon quality, its replacement was a cotton flag and perhaps this was too heavy so we bought another rayon/polyester type flag in hopes this would be sufficent to correct our situation. It did not.

I have had the tangle free flag for years from
plow and hearth and have been well pleased with
the quality and performance. So much so, that I
just purchase the flag and pole set for my friends that were constantly trying to untangle their old set.
I would recommend to anyone.

We love displaying this flag. It is true to it's title "tangle-free". We've had no problems with tangles, unlike flags we've had in the past. We have had this flag for about 4 years and it still looks like new. We bought this same flag & pole for our son & daughter-in-law to display on their new home.
