I purchased this runner two years ago. I really loved the multi-wheat colors and the price was great. We remodeled our living room this year and, on a whim, brought the runner downstairs to check the colors with the new furniture. Perfect! and exactly what I was wanting. Now we're off to buy the 8X11 for the living room.

This rug was well worth the price. When we rolled it out it only took a day for the ends to lay flat. The color is better than what internet shows. We have two labs and the hair vacuums up nicely. The multi red color is so beautiful and even though we put a pad under the rug, it really didn't slip much before over our linoleum floor. Very happy with the purchase.

I purchased the Bear Creek Wheat Hallway Runner several years ago (before we had kids, so maybe 5-6). I LOVE LOVE LOVE the colors; they are bright and cheerful, and well woven/braided together. We have 2 cats, a 4 year old, and almost-3-year-old triplets and this rug has stood up to all of them, and the heavy abuse they put on everything we own. I have vacuumed it hundreds of times, used the carpet cleaner on it, beat it outdoors, cleaned cat puke off it, and it still looks fantastic. We recently moved to a larger home and I am buying a second runner so that we have one for the front door area, and the other down the hallway. I can not say enough good things about this rug; I love it, period. The price is a BARGAIN for a braided rug of this quality!!

The rug is just inside my door so takes abuse from two dogs and myself. It traps most snow/grass/whatever even tho chewed up a bit. In contrast, I also bought a much larger rug at the same time...it is untouched by canines.

After many months in place, rug will still not lay completely flat. Around the outside circumference of the rug there are places that stick up instead of laying flat. I have tried everything I know of, including putting 25 lb weights on those offending places for extended periods of time without success. Very frustrating for an otherwise very nice rug. (Footnote: I have another 10 braided rugs in my home and none have this annoying and potentially dangerous characteristic; only this one is from Plow and Hearth).

I really love the colors in this rug -- I got the red one. It's holding up really well, it's the perfect size and everytime I look at it, I think it looks so warm and cheery. I would highly recommend this product -- great quality.
