I bought my first pair Ugg books exactly like these 8 years ago. I love them in the house, to shop, to shovel snow on the sidewalk, and in general every cold day. They are comfortable and warm. I felt I needed a new pair so I bought another. The old ones are still good but a little scuffed . I wear them to church and wanted a better looking boot.

Uggs as a Christmas gift

This is a Christmas gift and the only one of 5 Uggs purchased that didn't have the cardboard in each boot. Also the surrounding tissue was torn and wrinkled. I felt this item was returned to the company and then reshipped to me without being inspected first. It would've taken very little to make this gift look fresh and right.

I'm finally ordering a second pair. I had a fire at 20 below 14 years ago, and ran out into the snow in my first pair and a down bathrobe. Not sure how long I'd had them before that, but they were NOT new. I've been wearing them for slippers ever since, but I think it's time for new ones.
