Comments about Product: The colors were lighter than I thought they would be. It was just too light.
Generous size and sturdy!
Comments about Product: very generous size and very sturdy construction. Colors not quite as pictured, not as vibrant and kind of faded, but still very pretty. Love that it fits so well on our raised bed!
Comments about Product: Perfect size for our lifted bed.
Almost Perfect Bedspread
Comments about Product: We use this is our master bedroom. Length is good - enough to comfortably cover pillows. Wish width was about 9-10" greater since we've got a very deep King size mattress. Quality seems very good and I think this was probably the best quality available at the time I purchased. Have not yet washed but will plan on cold water and line dry.
Comments about Product: This was exactly as represented and looks great!

Perfect All-Season Spread
Comments about Product: Doesn't require a bed skirt for my double beds. Generously sized for two to sleep under it without a tug of war. Substantial, but light enough for year-round use; lovely design and colors. I've ordered a second set. The shams are a nice bonus. A few stitching flaws, but can't be beat for the money. The double size launders nicely in a large home washer and dryer.
Comments about Product: I am very happy with this bedspread. It is very warm and nicely constructed. The colors are lovely as well.
Comments about Product: This is a high quality quilt for a great price. The colors are beautiful. The reverse is a nice floral pattern. I use this in the master bedroom of a guest house and have recieved many compliments. It wears very well. I highly recommend this quilt.

The Olla: A Brief History
Olla (Spanish, pronounced “oh-ya”) jars have been around since ancient times. Made of unglazed ceramic, ollas traditionally have short, narrow necks with wider bodies, and are made in a variety of shapes. They have been used for thousands of years for cooking, storage, and plant irrigation.
When used to irrigate plants, an olla is buried neck-deep in the ground near a plant’s roots, with the opening of the olla extended above the soil so that it can be filled with water periodically. The porous walls of the unglazed pottery allow the water to seep through gradually, constantly and consistently hydrating the plants without overwatering them – and without wasting precious water to evaporation or runoff.
The use of ollas for irrigation was introduced to the American Southwest by Spanish conquistadors during Colonial times, becoming very common among Native American tribes and Hispanic settlers. Though the technique gave way to more modern methods of irrigation some time ago, its superior efficiency, coupled with its simplicity, has caused it to make a comeback. Though the technique has changed little since its introduction, today’s ollas are usually capped off, making them even more water-efficient.
Perfect for home gardens, Ollas are a super-easy, eco-friendly, less time-consuming way to water annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables and plants of all kinds in dry, sandy soil, very hot or drought-prone areas, raised beds, and even pots, planters and hanging baskets. Fill the olla before you leave on a short vacation to enjoy worry-free watering – and a smaller water bill!
