On my desk
Looks nice and puts out a pleasant light through the colored shade. Included light bulb burned out just a few hours after turning it on. Switch on cord is somewhat inconvenient.

I bought two desk lamps and 2 standing lamps in this style for my bedroom, and they look great! Also got a matching table lamp for another room. These were a great find; I'm very happy with them!

Looks great on the new mission desk my husband bot me; however, the shade was a bit difficult to attach due to smaller area at the top-its a tight fit for adult hands. A small redesign of the shade shape would be advisable.

Overall a good buy and authenic reproduction piece.
