I use the hose reel in the yard for watering plants; it moves easily but that connecting hose from the main water source to the hose itself needs to have a screw on connection-the water pressure causes it to become disconnected and that's annoying. It just doesn't fit & swivel like it should.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This looks like it would be really easy to use but when you go to wind up the hose, it tends to roll all over the place. It needs some sort of braking system to keep it still when you are rolling up the hose.
