Yes, this is a delicate gingersnap. That is what makes it top notch. I bought these for my mother in law but the beautiful tin it came in seduced my husband and I to take a peek inside. There were only one or two cookies that were broken. We figured we'd eat those and put the lid on and wrap it up. Well, it's after Christmas now and we still have the cookies. They were too good to part with. No wonder they are the #1 Gingersnap company. Thank you for introducing us to these cookies Plow and Hearth. You sell some of the best items. So glad we found you!

Nyakers Swedish Gingersnaps are delicious. If you love gingersnap cookies, you will love these. I never thought about it but folks who haven't tried gingersnaps compare the taste of these cookies as similar to graham crackers. Maybe to them but these cookies taste are not that simple...you'll taste the other flavors that make you eat one, two, three, four, and a lot more at one sitting. These are thin, crisp wafers. There are about 180 cookies, three layers with 5 cookies equaling 140 calories, 11g of sugar, 21g total carbohydrate. Long best by date...ordered 5 Dec 2011, best by June 2013. Enjoy!!!
