I am not pleased that this product was made in China when we have people all over America out of
work. I hope someday we can buy products of this type that are made in the U.S.A.

We live in the city so we needed a firepit that we can use as a grill-this fit our needs perfectly. Much larger & deeper than anticipated. Have used it several times since purchased only 2 months ago. We drilled a few holes in the bottom in case of rain-setup was easy. I would definetly purchase this again. Looks like it was very expensive-hard to believe was less than $200..

This is not what I expected. Maybe a better description of the product would have helped. I was looking for a "fire-pit." This is more like a wood burning grill. The bowl is very deep. There is a metal grill which sits close to the rim of the top of the bowl. If you want to use this for cooking it's great but the design is not good for buring wood like you would in a fire pit. The wood can not be elevated from the bottom so lighting is difficult and there is no up-draft to keep the fire stoked. I have had to place 3 bricks at the bottom so the wood does not sit flush to the bowl. Also there are no drain holes so water pools when it rains. I've drilled four 1/4 inch holes which solved the problem.

This firepit is well made and very attractive. I just love those dancing bears! We didn't cook anything on it yet, so I can't tell about that feature. But we actually bought it just for relaxing family sitting out, and for that purpose it works great.

I really loved this fire pit except that the outermost ring along the top was impossible to assemble. I had to get my neighbor to help and it still has gaps and looks a little "off". I was disappointed with this but found everything else to be well constructed. It certainly doesn't look perfect but otherwise very attractive and well built.

hefty onstruction, it can go anywhere & takes very little to make it portable. we love that when the fire is burning it makes the bears appear to be dancing!

I have this on my beach at the lake. Lots of fun with the dancing bear design. Screens keep embers from falling out or escaping up. At the manufacturers suggestion I drilled small holes in the bottom to let out the rain. No cover available as an option

This outdoor fire pit provides hours of warm glow, and looks great while not being used, too. The basket is more generous than other pits we looked at before buying, and the clay color fits nicely into a variety of landscape palettes. I'd recommend leaving the cover off until the fire pit cools off, ours has gotten hot and dented due to the heat. Overall, a great fire pit!

It would have been nice for the manufacturer to include a water-proof cover for the fire pit when not in use. We were able to find one that fit at an outdoor and yard supply store.

The ring around the fire pitt barely fits and was not easy to assemble as the end pop out as the do not fit together completely.

I had bought as a gift - unfortunately had to return as they already had a firepit - but looked very nice and fun designs.

Our daughter just married a great young man last October. His birthday was in Nov He had just built a small stone patio in their townhouse backyard and didn't know what to put on it that would fit. This firepit and the cedar bench fit perfectly. He loved it and put it together as soon as he opened it. Since they both love the outdoors, it was a romantic gift as they roasted hot dogs and marshmellows and enjoyed the warmth their first winter together. I was so happy to have found the perfect gift.
