Spider Cupcake Stand and Cupcake Holders

The page for this item says "Spider Cupcake Stand and Cupcake Holders", but they only ship you the Cupcake Holders. I see since I ordered this (and promptly returned) they changed the description to move the "Cupcake Holders" up to the top of the page. P&H you should do better than this! This is not the only item that shows and is titled for a "set" that upon closer inspection is only 1 part.

When I first saw the add in the magazine and online it said Halloween Cupcake STAND and Cupcake Cups. When the order arrived, I thought it was an oversight and called the company only to find out that the stand had already sold out. What a disappointment. The cupcake cups are nice but the whole package would have been much nicer.

These were on sale after Halloween, so I purchased them for my daughter's birthday next Oct. As a parent helper in her children's classrooms, she can use them for next year's parties.

I sent this as a gift, directly from the site, so I wasn't able to see it in person. My niece however, said it was really cute and she can't wait to use it for a Halloween party. She said, "How did you find a spider cupcake holder, and cupcake stand? They are so cool."

I saw these & decided not to wait closer to fall to order them or they would be gone. I'm always looking for cute & functional holiday pieces. While unpacking this today, I thought of a few new ideas, like how you can take the top tiers off and use the bottom as just a cake platter. And the small spiders are just the perfect size to put carmel apples or popcorn balls in too. I can't wait for Halloween now! And this was my 1st purchase from Plow & Hearth. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
