Tired of grabbing a flashlight, only to find the batteries are dead? Our solar flashlight uses the sun's energy to charge its bright LED lights. Even if the solar charge runs out, the flashlight still works: just pull the string as a backup power source. Small, handy size is great for glove compartment, home, or purse. Water resistant to go anywhere.

I have one other solar flash light. This one is a nice size however it is made of a cheep plastic and I am afraid it will not last very long. the string you use to wind it up, is think fish wire. Not sure it will hold up. Nice concept.

Gave one as a Father's Day present, stashing one as a Christmas stocking stuffer, keeping one in my purse. The 'string-pulling charging mechanism' makes it so excellent, so perfect! Will order several for Christmas if available by then.

I bought this for my dad who gets up frequently at night. He loves it. He doesn't have to change batteries and travels with it regularly. It's easy to charge and the charge seems to last a long time. I just might have to get one for myself!

The light is used for when I coming home and the sun has set. It is used when power is out or I just need a light to guide my steps or find something in the dark. The light is along a flat line, but it is a very bright light.
