The snow season has just started, so I cannot comment on how durable this will actually be, but it feels very substantial and seems as if it would be quite durable. This is a MUCH more substantial material than any of the covers I was able to find elsewhere (which are usually vinyl/plastic). Although the wrought iron patio furniture I have is more than 25 years old (and therefore shaped somewhat differently than new styles), the covers I purchased for the chair and sofa fit quite well, and the ties that are included help keep the cover in place even when it is windy.

These covers are really great to protect furniture from the elements. Even though they faded within a week of very sunny days, they certainly hold up to the job of protecting the furniture. They did great even in a storm with 70mph wind and extremely heavy rain. Easy on/off.

MY SOFA IS ON A DECK IN FULL SUN. I HAVE ONLY HAD THE SOFA COVER FOR ABOUT A MONTH. I HAVE ORDERED 4 ZERO GRAVITY CHAIR COVERS OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS.

THESE COVERS FIT GREAT! LOOK GREAT! FEEL GREAT! THEY REPEL WATER GREAT! EASY TO GET ON AND OFF! GREAT COLOR! BUT!!!!!

TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMER AND MY SOFA COVER HAS ALREADY FADED AND WE HAVE NOT HAD THAT MUCH SUN YET HERE IN CT....

SO WHEN I RECOMMEND THESE COVERS I WOULD LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE GREAT COVERS BUT...THEY WILL FADE...
