Set Of Four Solar Step Lights

Great added safety; nice looking.

Of the 8 lights I ordered 2 didn't match. Noticed one right away since it was white and I ordered bronze. Called and they said they would send replacement. (haven't received yet) Just noticed one of the bronze ones is a different design from the other 6. Don't know if I will call again or not. Annoying.

This was perfect for our front steps. We have multi level steps with two steps after larger steps to our front porch. This was perfect and will make it much safer.

Once I found the right screws it was minutes before they were up. The charged in a few hours and worked that same night. Easy to take off and turn off if I go away.

The design of the lights are great for lighting up the steps and they were easy to install. I bought them from Plow&Hearth in the belief that they were of good quality. But the light wouldn't stay on more than an hour or so after dark and after a few months they stopped working completely. It was nice while it was working, but I won't be getting anymore.

These lights work great. My father in law liked them so much we have purchased him a set for Christmas. A couple minor issues - the batteries in one of the 12 lights we purchased was bad. It was an easy fix once we figured out the issue. The lights could also use two key holes in the back just to keep them from swaying. Overall we love the product and would but it again.

Light Aluminum face cover over plastic housing. Color was dark Brown as shown. Light is low intensity that barely illuminates the step in front of the light and that is why I am ordering the second set. I put one on every other step and it requires one on every step. The illustration shows the light on during the day which is not an accurate representation of the product. Requires one screw which does not come with the lights for easy installation. Made in China.

I am very pleased with the product. It was just as the picture showed and works great on our porch steps. The quality seems very good. The only negative comment is that there were no screws for installation.

Placed 2 per stair, gives good soft light, but had to put two additional nails on bottom to keep from tilting. Cost was much less than other stair light I researched and found very few that were solar!

When we received our lights, only one lite up, after a whole day in the sun.

We just love how it lights up the stairs of our decking on both sides of our inground pool so much we ordered a 3rd set. Delivery was quicker then stated on the phone with Plow and Hearth.
Very impressive looks great with our lighting on our posts to our fencing. If I had to say somthing negitive it really could use another screw hole in the back so they are better stable on your stairs.

The only time they didn't light up is when we had several cloudy/rainy days in a row. Otherwise, they are great.
And 2 screws would be an improvement to keep them level.

We ordered these lights for our front stairs (which are stained dark) because we don't have porch light.

They are super easy to install and they work perfectly. Even on a cloudy day, there is enough light to power these lights for several hours.

I feel so much safer and confident our guests will not trip on the stairs when leaving late a night.

I purchased two sets of the lights. Installation was a piece of cake! They hang from one screw or nail (which are not included) in the back. They look great at night. Of the two sets (8 lights in all), I had one light that did not work.

I missed that these are 6 inches wide, so I can't mount them on a 4x4 deck post. They look ok and would work well for stairs; however, be advised that they mount by hanging on a single hole in the back. It looks like it would be very easy to knock them off the mounting hook.
