Comments about Product: I used these sporadically over the winter and then again in the spring over my blueberry bushes after leaf buds had formed when a frost was predicted. After frost danger passed I left one on my deck and here it is not yet summer and it disintegrated. I don't plan to purchase again. The only benefit I see over a (much cheaper) paper or plastic bag is that this lets light in, and that it has a drawstring.

Not worth the price!
Comments about Product: The toggle-system to close the plant cover over our 21 boxwood bushes worked well, but the fabric was so thin that winter wind tore all the covering apart and only left the ropes + toggle system intact.

I would buy more
Comments about Product: We live in southern Arizona and have short frost spells which means that I need to cover plants for 1 or 2 days, take it off and then repeat this several times during the winter months. We can also have high winds during these times so I needed something that would stay on. I was looking for something that was easy to use, could be left on for more than 1 day, wouldn't smash the plant due to weight, and wasn't plastic (covering a plant with plastic can be 5 degrees colder than the outside temp). I read the comment about only good for 1 use but decided to try it anyway. The covers were easy to put on, stayed on in the high winds and the plants have survived the frost. I have a sega palm that is quite sharp and created a hole at the edge of the cover after the 3rd use but so far is still usable. I initially purchased 2 but have purchased 4 more and also purchased 4 blanket covers for the wider areas. I'm likely to continue to use sheets but would like to use these or something like these exclusively. Would like an even larger one for small palms.

Not a great product
Comments about Product: I live in Penna. where, except for the Oct. 29 snowstorm, we have had no snow. We have had a lot of wind and these bags do not hold up. One by one, depending where on my property they are located, they have ripped apart and are useless. I purchased about 20 of them and none can be used next year. To get me by, I ordered a few of the sheets and doubled them over the bags and used safety pins to hold them down. They actually disintegrate in my hand when I try to pin the large holes up. Would not recommend to anyone.

Comments about Product: I live in a relatively mild climate (so. ca) and the fabric completely fell a part after less than 3 months. This is the middle of January and 6 of the 8 covers I bought are completly disintegrated on the top half. I will not buy again. It was a waste of money.

saved from the snow
Comments about Product: these netting saved our rosemary, thyme, sage and mint from the freezing Jan. weather. we even had snow & ice here in the south for days. plants can be watered by sliding out cord and gently lifting netting. when the warm weather arrived, the netting had torn and distergrated, therefore, the covers are good for a one time use.

Comments about Product: I will be anxious to see how my tender flowering bushes did over the winter. It's a little early to tell. My husband was even able to use Christmas lights over the bags.

good product at good price
Comments about Product: I needed something to cover potted herbs on the patio, and this product is much cheaper and translucent than similar frost blankets. It works fine as long as you cinch the cords around
the bottoms of the outermost pots, if you use them to cover a group of pots, as I do. Dew and rainwater and stray bits of mulch can be shaken right off, and the covers don't suffer if they're balled up and stuffed in a small space.
