Set Of 2 Extra-Bright, Heavy Duty Solar Path Lights

Battery retaining plastic clip kept falling off and Battery would slip and turn off lamp.

We have had these in our garden for about four months. They are located in a very sunny spot in our yard. In the winter when we had less sun, the lights were not very bright. However, once we had multiple days of sunny weather, the lights became very bright at night and had a long life. I would suggest installing where there are multiple hours of bright light each day in order to properly charge the battery.

We ordered 4 sets, or 8 lights, to light our pathway to our house. Our front yard is somewhat shady but not completely shady at all. We've had these lights for about 6 months and they light up around dusk and are completely dark by about 8pm. This is our first experience with solar lights but it makes us want to get lights that are wired in the ground because they just don't work for more than an hour in the winter, and more than a few hours in the summer. They look beautiful though, and they are sturdy.

These are the first solar lights I've ever used, so thank goodness I was able to set them up easily ON THE FIRST TRY! The weather has been somewhat overcast lately, so they have only been staying on a few hours, but I expect that to increase as the California sunshine kicks in during the day. I love the copper look and the fact that they really do a great job of brightly lighting up a dark back yard area so that I can see where I'm walking at night.

One of the units was incorrectly assembled at the factory and not workable.

Just as we expected, after reading all of the reviews and comments. Believe they are just what we wanted, they look great, and should keep us satisfied for a long time. Great brightness and well made. Very good product for the money and we could use fewer lights because of the brightness.

I am very impressed with these solar lights. When my daughter and I unpacked them, we both remarked how beautiful they were. I ordered the bronze finish and I think they look very classy. We quickly "installed" them along the front walk to our house when I got home from work in the early evening (before it got dark). I was shocked that the lights shown very brightly ALL NIGHT LONG the first night out. I love looking out my front windows at night to see my beautiful lights lighting the way to my door. Don't have streetlights, so this item gives enough light at the entrance to our driveway. It helps myself and others see the entrance at nighttime.
