Comments about Product: Once I'm able to get it up, I'm sure my grandkids and I will enjoy it. There were no coherent instructions with it or advice on what type of clamps or connecting gizmos to use. The instructions appeared to be for use with a swing set rather than a rope swing to be hung from a tree. Let's put it this way, from the instructions that came with the swing, I would gander to guess it came from [..]. I've had it for severals months and it's still sitting on the porch waiting to be hung.
Comments about Product: Love the sturdy rope and nice construction...but for small children the 'Large-Heavy' seat is hard for them to balance and it tips forward. Small Children fall forward and the seat can become perpendicular to the ground. Small children do not weigh enough and are not strong enough to push their weight to the back of the seat, to keep it from not tipping them forward to the ground.
Comments about Product: This is a nice large swing with a sturdy rope. It is attractive. Super easy to set up, fortunately, because the instructions were incomprehensibly translated from another language. The problem, which I should have noticed before I ordered it, is that there is only only one rope attached to each side of the swing, so you have to sit exactly in the middle or it tips forward or backward. This is fine for older kids and adults, but younger children would probably fall off easily. My kids and their friends (ages 11-13), do OK, but I can see that they aren't comfortable on it when they initially sit down.
Comments about Product: The first thing that caught my eye was how big & generous the seat was (able to hold a full-size adult, not just a child) and the rope was equally thick & sturdy, so I didn't have to worry about it breaking. Of course my niece & nephew wanted to test it out after I had placed it in my front yard in the garden underneath a huge Japanese Cherry Blossom Tree that's the focal point, and my what a fun time they had (me too, lol)!
