We wanted a real fire in the small fireplace of our 1920's cottage. Ventless logs put out too much heat and kept setting off the fire alarm, despite numerous attempts by fireplace and chimney specialists to fix the problem. We had all but given up until we found this alternative. The logs are attractive and the perfect size for our firebox opening, which is quite small. The flames and crackle sound are very realistic. Burning time is long enough (2-3 hours). We bought the large box of fuel cans and have no doubt that that was a good move considering how much we enjoyed the fire on Christmas morning. We'll use this often during the winter months. Very happy with product and quick delivery from P&H.

I use the fuel pak in my indoor fireplace. Combined with the ceramic logs, it looks like the logs are burning. The fire snaps and crackles; that helps to make it so realistic.

It looks so real but I wish the logs were larger, maybe 24 inches. I added some wood pieces around the side to make the fire set look larger. No mess to clean up and the crackling sound is great.

Bought this last Christmas for my daughter's bedroom fireplace, got the smaller one. With the weather changing; she has asked for a larger one for the living room fireplace. She has used it regularly and is enjoying it tremendously.

I bought this for a working fireplace that we prefer not to burn in. It looks very nice in the fireplace. Wish it was just a little bit bigger,though.It was very easy to assemble. Very pleased with my purchase.

This log set looks great in our family room fireplace that has no flue/vent. The gel fuel provides several hours of real flame ambiance and the safety of no sparking logs, the convenience of not having to tend the fire. We use it often and really like it.

Our firebox is only 12" deep and these logs fit perfectly in the small area. Adding a gas line and logs was prohibitvely priced so we got the look for much less. No worries about heat around the fireplace with small children around.
We did not need a fire to heat the family room, just wanted the look of a real fire.

This product is great for artificial fireplaces, just make sure the receptacle is fire safe. A can of fuel usually lasts 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.

I use this in fireplaces where I can't make a real fire. It looks as real as I've seen and the flames are warm and real. I just wish it smelled like fire.
