I'm usually proficient at assembling things but I just can't get this bed to set up. I've tried the poles every way possible, have paid close attention to the instructions and even went and got a neighbor to help but neither of us could figure it out. It's as if my poles are the wrong size for the bed.

My two big English Mastiffs love these beds, we have had them for 2 years but they are worn out. The frames are in good condition, but I wish they would make new liners, does anyone know if they do or where I could get some???

I bought 3 of these:
1 for the dog kennel area in our garage, 1 for the dog run outside the garage's doggy door to the side yard, and 1 for the pool deck. The Coolaroo bed frame rusted out on the one kept in the side yard and actually crumbed in half after 2 years. The other two beds are in great shape, mind you one is inside so that should last forever. Overall, an OK product that could be GREAT if it were constructed to withstand the elements. If it didn't rust, I'd rate the product a 4 or 5.

This bed is awesome. My dog is a large dog and is 13 years old. Very healthy pet, but a bit arthritic, so this bed is comforting to him and he just loves it. He loved it from the moment I put it on the floor. I found out about this bed via a friend of mine and I am so happy that I got it. Thanks!

durable and able to withstand big, young, active, chewing pups! Wish the bolts did not come loose, but easy to fix with a screwdriver.

Great item, second one I have purchased, both Dogs loved it! Reason is for softness, so my dog is not laying on a hard, cold & wet surfaces and it protects her bones. It also keeps her clean, she loves it and knows it is her special bed to use when out in the garage or patio.

I have an older lab with hip problems, and this is the bed for her! She loves it, and with it being off the ground, seems to help with her arthritis. Also another good feature is that this bed holds no smells like a dog bed with padding. All around a great purchase! :)

My elderly dog finally got some relief from the heat with the Coolaroo cot, which wI set up on side porch to utilize the breezes. He's spent the whole day snoozing! Now, I move cot back and forth -- outside and in -- so he can use it more. Wish I had one to use!

Wish the Coolaroo had a "collapsible" feature so I could put it in the car for travel.

Love the look, the little space it takes, the concept of having the sleep/rest space off the patio. However, we haven't yet convinced our std poodle that he wants to rest there.

Perfect for our 70 pound lab to lay on when around our pool....our pool deck gets hot! Not difficult to put together, but twists when I move it. I hope this twisting does not create a lot of wear on the product.

This product has worked well for our dog because he was lying on the patio concrete (hot & cold), but now he gets on his bed on the patio and seems to like it. It didn't take but one day for him to get used to it. Thanks.

Purchased these beds for my very spoiled dogs. At first they did not like them but I put their pillows on top and now they love them. More comfortable than the floor. Dogs are smiling in the morning.

Love this product. Difficulty is to get "Samson" our United Nations Dog of 65 lbs, to use the bed, he gets on it only when I command him to. Any suggestions? It is a great product.

Because the mesh is so taut, the instructions say that you may need 2 people to assemble. I did get it together by myself & after assembled it is taut but still has some give to it. I love the look, it's lightweight and easy to clean. I use them (I bought 2) for my cats. The medium size fits from 1 to 4 cats comfortably, my cats like to snuggle.

I wanted my dog to start sleeping outside but I wanted to get her a bed that would work for outside. This is the perfect thing. I do not worry about her being uncomfortable and all of the dogs at the house love it. I even bring it inside when I want to bring her in. It is the perfect size and can fit in so many places. I do not have any complaints so far.

The pet bed is accurately described, and I think it's well-made and a very good value. I thought my dog would take to it immediately, but so far she will only get on it when I encourage her to do so, and then gets off of it when I turn my attention away. She obviously gets too hot when lying outside in our hot southwest sunshine, so I assumed she would find this ever so much more comfortable. I believe, however, that—in time—she will come to use it on her own.

I have two pitbull terriers 11 and 10 years old. At first the younger dog was hesitant to get on it but after a short period of time he got used to it and now runs and jumps on it. I have both in my family room which has a granite floor. So these are wonderful as they keep my dogs off the cold floor in the winter.
The beds are easy clean.
I wish the legs were slightly larger with pads that would prohibit the bed from sliding on the floor.

I assembled the pet bed myself with no problem. The dogs love their new beds. No longer laying on the hard garage floor or patio deck. I would recommend this product for any pet owner. Easy to care for and I move it around where needed. Thank you for such good quality!!

This is the best dog bed I have ever purchased. I have had Dobermans for over 25 years and have gone through countless beds in one season. I can tell already that this one is going to be around for a long time. Even with all the digging my dogs do to their beds this one still looks like it did when it came out of the box. Our summers are very hot and he loves to be outside on this bed. He also likes it in the winter when the patio is very cold. This is the second one we purchased and the first one was very durable. I don't remember when we bought it, but it only cost $17 for the same size.
