I cant think of anything that is wrong with it. Ive had other ones and before a year was over it had burned out in the cener of the grate. This is a heavy duty grate and very easy to use. Ive had mine now for a year and it is just like I bought it yesterday.

We have had to replace a few grates bought at our local home improvement stores. This one is very sturdy and has made it through the whole season without any problems. It will definitly outlast any of the others and my husband says it makes it much easier to light the fire.

This grate is excellent. We stack so much wood on it and it does a good job of making the logs roll towards the middle. The logs rarely fall off and the fire stays very hot. A very good product.

We usually go through a grate every winter. This is the best one we've ever had. Very good quality, and can withstand a good hot fire. We use our fireplace from Oct. to May, and it has held up wonderfully.

Quality material and great design, the only thing I don't like is that it comes in three pieces that screw together, and therefore, come loose over time.

I was so glad I purchased this grate when I was upgrading my fireplace. It's simple to put together, it's sturdy (heavy), and the logs seem to burn really well. [...] The slightly taller side goes toward you, so this means that burning logs don't slip off the grate.

This fireplae grate reduced our wood consumption by at least half. Not only did the wood burn longer and better, it's also extremely safe. Because of the design the wood can't roll off the grate and onto the heath. In all respects --except clunky look, which is superficial -- it's wonderful.
