I haven't had "real" screen doors in years. I've had Golden Retriever dogs for 20 years and when I saw that Plow&Hearth had these screens I had to have them. They are truly amazing! Best part,,,puppies are house-trained very quickly. Thank you P&H!!

This product is GREAT! Instead of putting doors on, I opted for this and I am glad I did. Everybody that comes over loves it. Great for independant animals and kids and keeps the bugs out. Only thing it does not keep out are all the little "presents" my cat brings home. Great value

I use this screen with my french doors. The screen is between the family room and our deck. My friends have been impressed and have asked where it came from.

We tend to leave the back door open for the dogs and cats to have yard access when we are home. In past years we have had lots of bugs and flies in the house because of this. I ordered the screen last spring and it has been awesome! All the animals figured out how to go through it, and it cut down probably 97% on insects in the house. They have, however, torn off the bottom on one side. But it was so successful that if I have to order a new one every spring it is well worth it! By the way - this one seems to have a bug treatment that the cheaper ones don't have. I think it helped too.

I read all the reviews and thought the good out weighed the bad. Maybe true, but the product fails miserably. It was easy to install, true, but did not close one time by itself. It only has two magnets to close the screen. Not enough. I thought overlapping magnets would be better, NOT. They don't always lighn up correctly. Let me rephrase. Never lighn up correctly.

This is great, I have dogs and wanted a screen the allowed them to go in and out to the deck easier than a dog door.

My friends all loved it and have also bought them for their houses.

The tension pole needs to be tightened periodically from use (I take it up and put it down a lot - which is very easy to do), and the velcro connections at the bottom are only so-so. But it still does exactly what I wanted it to do.

Instant Screen does what I expected (lets air in, keeps bugs out). My cats didn't learn to go through the center opening, so I keep the lower left of the screen disconnected for them. Adjustable rod occasionally needs a boost.

Just purchased the Instant Screen. Removed the old sliding "screen on track" and replaced it with the Instant Screen. We like the Instant Screen much better. We eat on the deck alot and it is easier to go through the Instant Screen when carrying food than going through the old sliding screen door. No problem for our Aussie either.

We have four dogs, so the screen is perfect for our purposes. It is sturdy, our dogs come and go as they please, and the bugs are kept out! It is a better solution for us than a stationary screen door which the dogs have ruined. I would highly recommend this product for your customers who share our situation.

I'm not sure if its because I'm tall or because of the way its made, but either way it makes for a very tight squeeze when you are passing in and out of the door. I would have to duck just to avoid getting caught in the screen where it comes together at the top of the door. I ended up taking it down and I'm still looking for a good solution.

This is a great product that fit as described, hung straight and closed properly. It is easy to install. It fits our french doors that open outward and works well. I have purchased similar screens from other vendors and been disappointed--this one is really good.

Used this product on a cellar door that is located in a stairwell with very tight clearance, as I said nice. I have also used this product on a busy sliding glass door and it works well with Dogs!

Overall I am pleased with the product. It is hanging in the exterior doorway of an enclosed porch and is very easy for my dog to go through to get to the back yard. I wish more adhesive strips were included. There is nothing to keep the panels attached to the sides of the door jamb, just the top and bottom. I purchased the additional strips myself.

The instant screen is great. I live in an apartment with a patio, and in the summer we like to leave the patio door open so the instant screen was perfect for that. This door happens to be a high-traffic area and the instant screen has held up and does its job great. It keeps the flies and bugs out and still is easy to get in and out. I'm constantly getting compliments on it. Its good quality and a great purchase. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Simple to install. Cats adapted to slit in screen after a few days (husband took longer) - saves on a great deal of door opening & closing. Wish there were more hook and loop closures for door frame to make it more bug proof. Have been getting bugs in the house, but I guess not as many as would get in with no screen. You have to decide which is more important - convenience or a few bugs.

The curtain goes up easy, but comes down easy also. I coudln't believe I paid [$] for it. A screen on a tension rod, seriously! I can make that myself for cheaper. My little kids walked through one time and pulled it down, along with my large dog. Disgusted with the product and am sending it back. Also does not close 'automatically'. I had to rematch the magnets each time.

The 36" screen consists of two 18" panels that overlap 2" in the center to close. They aren't wide enough to work in a 34" door. The anchor tabs on either side are a great idea but useless on the 36" screens.
I am returning two of the 36" and using one in a smaller door. In a house with both small children and parrots, it's indispensable.
If I could trust the sizes, I'd buy one for every door.

The only bad thing I have to say about it is it doesn't always close on its own after my dog or I go thru it. But, it's awesome for letting in a bug-free breeze. We live in an apt and the porch door doesn't have a screen door. It was a great solution!!

I use this at my business which is located next to a creek which brings lots of Mosquitos & bugs in the spring & summer months. It keeps them pretty much out yet allows me to in out to walk the dog and so forth. Great concept! Would buy for my house as well.

This screen is used on my patio door. I do not have a sliding screen so this is perfect. It allows us to get fresh air in the spring and fall, and at the same time allows my two cocker spaniels the freedom of going in and out to the back yard. It fits my purpose exactly. Keeps the bugs out, lets the fresh air in, allows my pets freedom.Thank you!
