I should have paid better attention to what I was buying, because when I received my package it was only the incense cones. I had selected what I thought was the burner, but I notice now that only the cones are available. I'm just planning on using the cones when I buy an authentic German wooden smoker.

Reminded me of those expensive wooden Christmas decorations, ornaments and figurines from Germany, but a fraction of the price. I loved the concept, the manufacturing didn't disappoint, and it's as cute as it looks in the photos. I would've given it 5 stars except I bought the snowman and smoking incense cones as a set to give as a gift, altho the snowman and cones are sold separately, not as a set. After I ordered both things, the cones turned out to be not in stock. Of course, being the last-minute gift-buyer that I am, it was too close to Christmas to wait and I had to give an incomplete gift w/the promise to deliver the cones when they came, figuring they'd arrive shortly thereafter. About 2 weeks later I received a letter in the mail saying that the cones were no longer available at all, would not be coming. Luckily, the recipient loved the look of the snowman all on its own, even w/out the smoking incense, and happened to know a store (either a craft store or a gardening supply center gift shop) where those incense cones could be purchased. So, all's well that ends well, and she loved it. Felt a little cheesey giving an an incomplete gift w/an IOU I couldn't fulfill, that's all.

The product is very cheaply made....I paid a full price for it but it just about fell apart.

Bought two of these and loved them. They make a very festive decoration that's low maintenance. You have to be a fan of incense smell, however. But the smoking pipe is really fun! We bought two as gifts.

This is a cute product. However, it's not any good without the smoking cones. I purchased both and only received the smoker. When I looked into why the cones didn't ship I found out they were discontinued after I had made my purchase. It would have been nice to have been given the choice to cancel the whole order as one is not any good without the other. Tried to called customer svc and couldn't get through. VRU stated it would be a 341 minute wait. Very disappointed in Customer SVC with this company. This was a Christmas present for someone too! So much for Christmas delivery!!!

The product is okay for the price and I wanted to see how the smoker worked; it works, stronger than I thought for a small area. The design is very plain and so I added some embellishments to the snowman and santa.
