Comments about Product: Or am I speaking too soon? We have had ours for for years, and the only issue is the pole. Like so many others, the threads on the pole are stripped. The pole wobbles at that joint. Other than that, perfect. It's great when the winds pick up a bit. I bring it in every winter. Other than that, it's up all the time, unless we are in for a hurricane. I would buy this again, but I would be happier if the pole design were better.

Nice looking but falls apart
Comments about Product: I have actually had this about 3 years. As everyone else says it falls apart. I am missing the inner fan blades completely and the pole has broken more times than I can count. Fortunately welding was the fix for the pole. Hasn't broken in over a year. Two of the outer blades have fallen off and been re-welded. So far that is okay. Now on to the bearings. They have failed multiple times. You can find them on-line. Just have to measure size. In all honesty this spinner is out all year round and is not taken down for anything and I live around the Chicago, IL area. Color is still good on the spinner. Item is not worth the price.

FiberFIX the POLE and the pole is tight!
Comments about Product: Love this Spinner.... in a mild to moderate breeze. I take it down the minute storms approach and the winds pick up. I fiberfixed the pole where the seams meet and it holds them nice and tight.. use the 2 inch Fiberfix tape! No problems after that!

Comments about Product: The spinner is great and I have had no problem with the welds as others have had. The problem is the pole. I will be ordering my third pole as the threads on the previous poles continue to strip. It would be much better if the pole was one continuous piece and did not screw together. I think the spinner is too heavy for the pole it is on.

Comments about Product: I bought this from QVC. It kept coming apart. We put it back together twice. The second time we printed new directions and were very deliberatly putting it together carefully. It was beautiful while it lasted. Three of the inside blades have broken off and three of the outside blades have broken off. I wil be throwing the remaing part away this week end. It didn't even last a year. Very disappointing. The scale was perfect and the design beautiful but the execution, terrible.

Comments about Product: This was a gift from a person who is obviously not mechanically inclined. She over-paid by about $120, in my opinion.
The spinner has broken three times in less than two months, and although my repair welds hod just fine the factory welds continue to break. I give up, it's headed to the scrap metal recycler.
The first thing to break was the threaded pole, obviously under-sized for the stresses placed on it by the rotating head. The large spinner is not stabilized by the small tail, leaving the spinner to both rotate and spin wildly around the pole in even a breeze.
Although I take the spinner down when the wind gusts are forecast to exceed 15 mph, the welds on the spinning wheels have twice failed and the weld on the axle holding the contraption together has failed.
I give up. It may be a pretty yard decoration in places where the winds consist of gentle breezes but is not suitable for anyplace I can think of.

Spinners not for Nevada
Comments about Product: This was bought as a present for us. Since Christmas 2014, it has broken 4 times. This is totally unsuitable for northern Nevada. Pity.

Inner Spinner Blade Fail
Comments about Product: So disappointed our awesome Cloverleaf Wind Spinner has lost one of the six blades of the smaller inner fan. This just after 3 months of a few windy days?? We have contacted P&H to see if they would send us a replacement part. This is a great spinner, in fact, our favorite of the four styles we have purchased from P&H. The rating is just because the failed welding.

Comments about Product: So disappointed after having purchased this product, which quickly failed. The weldings of one of the inner spinner blades failed, causing the inner spinner to hit against the main spinner. It's a materials failure caused by poor spot welding of areas of high stress.

Comments about Product: Lubricated bearings and made minor adjustments for the blades to turn properly. Would recommend. Order received when expected. Will do business again.
