Comments about Product: These look great once put together. However, assembly was very difficult. Pieces were missing (although we were able to get it together without them), the wicker covered a few of the holes and had to be trimmed away, and one of the legs didn't fit and we had to hammer the metal to shape.
This is called an outdoor chair, but when it rains, the water gathers in the legs. Then, when you rock on it, the water pours out rusty, and has stained our deck.
These look awesome, but for the money, I think you can get better quality. I hope customer service will do something to right this for me!

attractive, difficult assembly
Comments about Product: Difficult assembly.
Washers too narrow for slotted holes, studs should be longer to ensure proper engagement with weld nuts.
Wicker covered some of the mounting holes and had to be trimmed away.
I purchased two rockers and the table.
Attractive once assembled.
Using on front porch. Guests seem to like them.
Good looking rocking chair
Comments about Product: My husband is pretty handy when it comes to putting things together. He had a good bit of difficulty because the holes did not line up. He said it might have been easier having another person to help.
We Love Them
Comments about Product: We love these rockers. My husband put them together in about half an hour. We wish they were white rather than the antique white as it would look fresher but we are still enjoying them.
Comments about Product: Although we like the style of the rocking chairs and tables, the quality was disappointing. The chair back had a tear, which is easily visible, and the table leg had a loose piece of wicker. The bolts consistently stripped while tightening. We realize the furniture was not high end, but expected better quality. Because we were expecting guests and needed the furniture, we did not return it or contact the company with feedback.
Comments about Product: I needed a couple of rocking chairs with a table to add onto my new wrap around porch and these items fit the need. They are attractive and nice looking. Very reasonably priced. Only down fall is they are lightweight so will slide around in the wind. Very pleased with them overall.
Comments about Product: My rocker arrived with missing washers. Also, wicker covered some of the openings and had to be cut away. I called P & H and expressed my complaints. The rocker was to be a surprise birthday gift so I needed the washers within a day or two. I asked if they could overnight the parts. I received a call the next day indicating the parts would arrive in 5 days. TOO LATE for the Saturday birthday party.

No screw problem!!
Comments about Product: Before I purchased this rocker I had my hubby look at it and he read the reviews and voted against it. Thankfully I did not listen and ordered the rocker. He had NO problems with the screws or the wicker material over the holes. A very easy assembly and no missing or wrong parts. It is very comfortable and looks great on our front porch !!
Not user friendly enough to recommend.
Comments about Product: Hardware was missing to assemble product, which seems to be a continual problem with this chair. Could not use a back pillow as it made sitting too upright & forward. Bottom cushion seems to be okay. The wicker color is very rich looking. The size is pretty narrow seating that would not be suitable to a heavy-set person.
Nice design but poor packaging
Comments about Product: The product came without some hardware that was necessary to assemble the rocker. Screws that were included were too short to use. After two trips to the hardware store, I was able to assemble the rocker. For the price of this item, the manufacturer should provide the necessary hardware to assemble.
I've already recommended it to a friend.
Comments about Product: We have a craftsman style home and I was looking for something a little different than traditional rockers or wicker. These are good quality, provide comfortable seating and look neat. Was a little disappointed in the size - description says "generous" and I was hoping it would be wider. I have a larger family member who will not be comfortable in this, but others who will enjoy it. Assembly was simple - washers were missing, but had some in my own toolbox.
Terrible For Outdoor Use!
Comments about Product: Would not buy these again. Every time it rains, the rocker bars fill with water. This leaks a rusty, orange stain all over the decking. Definitely not good for outdoor use unless covered all the time or used in a desert. Way too expensive for this design flaw!
Pretty Chairs- difficult to assemble
Comments about Product: Nice chairs for the price but a frustrating experience to put together.
The 8 small screws included are too short. The wicker ran over the top of the holes so we had to cut it away from holes.
Possibly some assembly done at Plow and Hearth would help the process. Then I would recommend these to a friend.

The Olla: A Brief History
Olla (Spanish, pronounced “oh-ya”) jars have been around since ancient times. Made of unglazed ceramic, ollas traditionally have short, narrow necks with wider bodies, and are made in a variety of shapes. They have been used for thousands of years for cooking, storage, and plant irrigation.
When used to irrigate plants, an olla is buried neck-deep in the ground near a plant’s roots, with the opening of the olla extended above the soil so that it can be filled with water periodically. The porous walls of the unglazed pottery allow the water to seep through gradually, constantly and consistently hydrating the plants without overwatering them – and without wasting precious water to evaporation or runoff.
The use of ollas for irrigation was introduced to the American Southwest by Spanish conquistadors during Colonial times, becoming very common among Native American tribes and Hispanic settlers. Though the technique gave way to more modern methods of irrigation some time ago, its superior efficiency, coupled with its simplicity, has caused it to make a comeback. Though the technique has changed little since its introduction, today’s ollas are usually capped off, making them even more water-efficient.
Perfect for home gardens, Ollas are a super-easy, eco-friendly, less time-consuming way to water annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables and plants of all kinds in dry, sandy soil, very hot or drought-prone areas, raised beds, and even pots, planters and hanging baskets. Fill the olla before you leave on a short vacation to enjoy worry-free watering – and a smaller water bill!
