Purchased this product for patio cushion storage. Rain did find a way in. Perhaps if I turn it on end, it will stay dry.

I am using to store outside furniture cushions and pillows
that must be kept inside during winter weather. Attractive, good quality. Only con so far is I am unable to pick up the storage bag without assistance. They are kept in the garage. Looks neat and tidy.

Needed extra storage for outdoor cushions. Ordered 2 to fit 4 cushions each. Both of the zippers were not functional. Plow & Hearth very quickly replaced these 2 bags with 2 more - and again, zippers spread apart - and this was before we even added cushions!!. Would not recommend this product.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

These would be fine for a covered deck or porch, but they are not water proof. Thought the water was leaking from the zipper, so I flipped the zipper side down, but my coushions still got wet from the rain. Dissapointed, because everything else I bought from Plow and Hearth has been great. Guess I should have read the description closer. Water repellent is NOT water proof.

The product does exactly as it's described, and while I'd give it 5 stars, there's one issue I have with it. I know it's billed as water repellent, because anything with a seam can't be waterproof. However, the zipper is the big problem area. After the first rainfall, I checked the bag out and one cushion was wet along the zipper. I just added some plastic over the cushions along the top and it works even better!!
