Mushroom Dip

Ingredients
Melt butter; add garlic, mushrooms, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Sauté, stirring frequently until mushrooms are tender. Stir in flour and sour cream. Blend well and heat until mixture thickens. Serve warm with melba toast or plain crackers. Can be made ahead and heated slowly before serving. Makes 10-12 servings.
