Minty Fresh Dog Cookies
|
Ingredients
Preheat Oven to 350°. In a small bowl, mix together parsley, mint, carrot, and vegetable oil. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, and baking powder. Mix in the bowl of parsley and work until this mixture starts to bead up like bread crumbs. Once this has happened, add water and knead with hands until the dough can be made into a round ball. Roll the dough ball on a floured surface. You want the thickness to be about ¼ inch. Use a cookie cutter to cut out cookies. Place cookies on a sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook for 20 minutes. Make sure to not over cook the cookies! The cookies are easier for the dog to eat if left a little soft. Allow cookies to cool.
