I have ordered a lot of this fencing in the past and it has several flaws in design but is the best thing I have found for keeping dogs out of landscaping areas. Flaw were difficult to hook together; hard to match up on changing slop;does rust and fade in about a year.

The most recent ones I ordered are different then the pictures on the website. The design in the same but the tubing is not round like in the past.... it is all square tubing and it has less substance to it.

I have to say I actually like the new stuff better because it connects easier which was a huge problem with the previous product. The previous product was poorly constructed where the hooks were. They were often times not straight and getting them to hook together was impossible if the ground was not perfectly flat. The new product was easier to get into the ground because the tubing is just smaller overall than the what was provided in the past like shown in the pictures..

The new product looks different because it is square piping that makes up the fence, but it works just as well and while it looks less substantial in appearance, I believe it will do the job.

My complaint is the picture is different and so now that I have ordered this in the past, I have mixed this product with my old product which doesn't look right and so I am having to order more to replace some of the other fence where they are close together.

I love the pictures in the book and did some comparison shopping at [@]t. No other store could compare with the design of the scrolled arbor & fencing, theirs were plain and more expensive. We had no trouble setting up the fence or putting the arbor together (my husband & I did it). I wanted the set to enhance the beauty of my gardens and it did exactly what I wanted! I ordered the gated arbor, 2 sets of 2 fencing and 1 set of 4 fencing. The only disappointment is the fencing is 2 different colors. The arbor and both sets of 2 fencing is black and the set of 4 fencing is a bronze/brown color. I did not return because it is in a shaded area and not that noticeable unless you are right next to it. I will paint it all this fall or next spring with black rustoleum and I think it will last for a long time! I am very pleased with my purchase!!

I originally ordered the arbor and 3 sets of fencing and 1 gate assembly. I found the gate section a bit difficult to set up by myself, but I did manage to get it done. The hooks don't always seem to line up exactly, so it can take a bit of fudging to set up. Still I am quite pLeased with how it turned out and am ordering another gate section. Oh and my dog loves to use the fencing as her personal high jump. She clears them beautifully.

We put the fence around our garden to keep the dogs out. It is perfect, tall enough that they can't or won't jump over it and sturdy enough that my 130 lb Newfoundland can't knock it down (ok, maybe if she really wanted to). It's beautiful and adds to the appeal of the front yard. Very easy for me to put in by myself (and I'm a grandmother)! We have ordered more for the backyard.

I have purchased probably 400 feet of this fencing over time. The idea is awesome, design appearance is awesome and works well to keep almost all size dogs out of planting areas. The bad news is that it is difficult to connect, expecially when installing on curves and uneven ground. Also the finish on the fencing doesn't hold up to weather at all. In about a year, I had substantial rust, flaking and discoloration. If you can get by those problems, then you have an awesome product to use.

They just need to improve the way it connects together and they definitely need to improve the coating's durability to weather. I have never tried to paint the fencing, but I assume you might be able to paint it with something more durable than the powder coating.

If you have a perfectly flat area, and perhaps more temperant climate then KY, perhaps some of these issues would not be as damaging to the overall product.

Product pieces not easy to identify on diagram. Missing four small screws(B).
6 extra nuts(C). 1 piece of arch had holes drilled in reverse location to diagram.(This was called in and they are sending another piece).Other than the above, it will be a handsome piece in our yard.5 STARS for the great price!!!Thanks

I used this fencing around a slightly raised flower bed in front of my house. I primarily wanted something to keep the deer from eating my plants, which this will do, but more than that, it adds beauty to the front of the house. It is sturdy and very well made, easy to install, and looks very expensive.

I was hesitant to purchase this fence as I wanted to use it to keep my 3 small dogs in a confined area of the yard, so they didn't trample my huge flower garden. It works perfectly. I also got the arbor that matches with a gate and it really addes to the ambiance of the garden. The gate on the arbor has a good latch and sits low enough so the dogs can't escape by going under it. A great buy!

I just ordered this a couple of days ago online--and it's here already! I've had my eye on this fence for sometime now and very glad I bought it. I have down sized to a smaller home so I'am doing my best to add some charm and whimsy . And I don't even have to leave my home. Was happy to see how easy it is to attach each section together , with no posts to buy extra. Thank you for the fast and reduced shipping charge. Will be back for more once I get my garden ideas together, but I'am off to a great start with this adorable fence!

We used this with the Arbor and made a small fence for our yard. It really added a decorative look. We like it so well that we purchased more and did the rest of the yard. Easy to install and you can make your fence as big as you would like.....We love it

I have enclosed my front yard to give it curb appeal and to keep my dog safe, plus it keeps everybody else dogs out and off my front yard. The fence looks great with the arbors and trellis to give my yard that finished look. The fence also gives support and back drop to my flowers.

I have this fence on sides of my sidewalk to keep two big dogs from running off into my shrubs and breaking them. Works great for that and looks good. I thought the finish would be similar to the arched metal trellis i have, but it's more brown. Shows rust areas, but maybe that's the look.

This product was described as having a "best quality powder coat finish" but it started to rust all over after only two weeks of exposure.

I could not get the gate to attach to the fencing. After 2 replacements, all the same situation, I gave up and returned everything. The hooks were welded in the wrong position to attach the gate.

Just needed a little something to keep the dogs away from the flower beds and the neightbor. I had shopped at garden and fencing stores and everything was very expensive and not very attractive. This turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I cannot wait until spring to put some vining plants around it.

We ordered one fencing set and two matching arbors,one arbor has a gate. they are fine and look great. However the 2 sets of SOLAR LED LIGHTS that we also ordered are NOT GOOD. They normally DO NOT TURN themselves ON at night? They are not cheap and it was a lot of work stringing them in the arbor for them NOT TO WORK! IS THIS A COMMON HAPPENING WITH THESE LIGHTS?? WHAT about replacements?

Easy to set up - take a bit to line up the hooks and push into ground at same time for 1 person. But looks good for small yard area.

The finish/sheen on this iron fencing faded way earlier than I expected. Otherwise I like the product. Bought a second set within a year to match the first.
