Purchased product for front door - online states frame no longer available, so I checked with local store to determine if a frame would be available. Supposedly an order had been placed. 2 weeks later, still no frame- same excuse.

Not happy at all -- alone the mat looks cheap and is too small for the front entrance.

This item is not just one doormat, you have to order the frame for it separately which If I had known that I would have ordered together. Didn't make that easy to figure out, until I got it in mail an was missing the mat frame. Was for a wedding gift and and it was on back order. Really wasted my time an money. Order something else somewhere else. They didn't sende a return label with package had to call, an have them mail me one.

I bought this set (coir mat and black rubber base) at a new Plow & Hearth store in Leesburg. It was more than I wanted to pay for a door mat but I liked the look and ample size -- it has given my front entrance a nice facelift. What I didn't know at time of purchase is that the coir insert is available in other styles that fit into the rubber base. I can change doormats each season!

I always have problems deciding what to give my brother for gifts. Since he recently remodeled his home, I thought a new doormat would be a perfect idea. He loves the mat and says it helps keep the dirt out of his house and off his new floors.

I was surprised to see this exact same set at [...] and sad to say that Plow and Hearth is much higher. I think for the price [$] for me with coupon) it is a very nice and attractive door mat set. I am not sure of the quality, as I have only had it for about a month. We had some heavy rain so there seems to be some retainment of moisture, so we will see how it holds up over time. Much more glad I got this set rather than spend $100 on another option I was looking at.
