Was easy to adapt to a railing instead of post. Light is not bright-- only one bulb. I have had deck lights with 3 lights.

Have these in white. Sorry to hear they have been discontinued...two of them are not working. I have 14 of them so now they don't match. They are attractive and light up nicely. I have received many compliments on them.

I used the solar lights on my backyard deck railing and on 50" high posts at the top and bottom of the deck's stairs. Although the area is partly shady the solar lights cast plenty of light that lasts all through the evening. I was surprised at how elegant they look - especially at night - they really are the "frosting on the cake". The contractor who built the deck came back in the evening to take pictures of how beautiful the deck looked at night with these lights. I tried to order more for the walkway that connects the deck's stairs to the patio but sadly this model is no longer available in white. I'm VERY disappointed especially since I had ordered these just three weeks ago.

Good attractive lighting for my rear deck. I did have one go down and after contacting customer service had a no cost replacement in a week.

Used on posts at entry steps and love the look and the light...not real bright, but just enough. Great for garden posts and dock lighting too! We live on the water and have other solar lighting, but we've received more compliments from this copper mission solar post cap than any other!

I have these on the posts of my gates on the driveway and the side of the house. They provide a long lasting bright light. I have had several compliments from the neighbors.

These lights ARE cool - work well and display a cool evening glow! We have 2 on our front porch railing - they give off enough light for safe step climbing. Will be buying more for our new back porch!
