Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
5 or 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz. sharp cheddar chesse
6 oz. milk
Olive oil

Directions
Rub garlic clove over sides and bottom of 8 x 8-inch square baking dish. Then rub with small amount of olive oil. Line bottom of dish with 1/3 of potatoes. Top with thin layer of cheddar cheese. Add salt and pepper. Continue until you have a total of 3 layers of potatoes, each topped with cheese salt, and pepper. Microwave milk on full power for one minute and pour over potato and cheese mixture. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes, place foil loosely over top of dish. Bake for an additional 40 minutes or until milk has been absorbed and potatoes are soft.
