Quiche Lorraine
1-1/2 cups half-and-half
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 cups (8-ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons flour
8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell

Heat oven to 350°. Combine half-and-half with eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese and bacon to egg mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

Serves 6
