Orange/Cranberry Bread Pudding
1 loaf cinnamon bread, cut into half inch cubes
(Try one of your homemade fruit breads)
3 C half and half
3 lg. Eggs
3/4 C sugar
4 t grated orange peel
1 t vanilla extract
1 C dried cranberries
1/4 t nutmeg

Garnish with orange slices and strawberry. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray 10 individual ramekins with cooking spray. (can also be made in a 9x13 baking dish.) Arrange bread cubes. Mix remaining ingredients and whisk. Pour over bread cubes. Bake puddings until set and top browns, about one hour. Cool at least 10 minutes. unmold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish.

Serves 10.
