7-Up Pound Cake Recipe - Plow & Hearth

3 cup sugar
3 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cup butter, softened
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 cup 7-Up soda

Mix all ingredients well. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
