I love this turtle!

In the house
I was so surprised when I received this turtle! It is very big and very well made. I was going to put it in my garden, however I have it on my fireplace hearth. It's just so pretty, the features and painting are excellent. I'am thinking he will be a inside the house turtle!

Madison Meadows Polyresin Tortise issue

My wife and I both loved the tortise and had it signed by the artist at the store. He specifically said there was no problem putting it in the garden. Two weeks later the paint was peeling off. What a disappoint. No problem with the return all the sales associates were very apologetic. It's just a shame such a nice item was a big problem.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This looked just as it was pictured in the catalog. Very well made. Pleased with its appearance and easy to put together. Just not sure if it will withstand the outdoor elements.....
