Lighted Glass And Metal Lotus Flower Self-Contained Fountain

I picked up this fountain at the end of May 2012. I tried desparately to put it together until concluded that there is a crucial part missing. I contacted the store who said they had it and would put it in the mail. After 3 weeks of no show, I call them back again. I could never reach the person who said he would send it, and no one knew anything about it. I spoke with someone else who said she would order it from the home cataloge. After a 1 1/2week and no one contacted me, I called them again at the store.
Oh yea, she said, the home office is on back order and won't get any more until October! I have never seen it working, the entire summer is now gone and I'll have to wait until next year to see it. Very Poor customer service. No initiative to follow-up. If you buy it, should go to the store and have them put it together to verify missing parts. After they get your money for this over priced item--seems they don't care!

Very nice indoor fountain, but it started to rust after only two weeks of use. Water has turned brown.
