I purchased this and a few other items in response to an email offering $100 in merchandise after spending $100. It said I would receive the code in 10 days. Every time I have called customer service about this, I have been given a different response. " you should have a code by Saturday, You should have a code by Wednesday, sometimes it takes up to 21 days. I'll put in an email and you should hear from someone in a couple of days. I waited for this to go on sale because I really liked it. I ordered the charcoal gray..kinda wish now I would have ordered the lighter gray..maybe the name would have shown up a little better. But overall, it's very upscale and distinguished looking at our front door.

This product promise to retain lots of water and unfortunately does not. it's not that great for keeping shoes clean. I would use this only as a mat inside by the door since it is attractive.

Finding a good door mat has been an endless search. This has been the ONLY one that has passed the test. It is well worth the price to have one of these at all of your entrances from outside. It just doesn't get any better!

I got two of these rugs for my business - I liked that we could personalize with our company acronym to welcome people at the door! We previously had purchased rugs from a home-improvement store, but they started to look worn out almost immediately. These rugs have been through several Michigan snow & ice storms and still look great!

This is a great and durable rug that doesn't slip and slide on the floor. It absorbs the moisture brought into the house and it is easy to clean. It also is a very nice looking rug...classy! It certainly is well worth the money.

We bought this for a house warming gift for our son adn daughter-in-law who had just purchased a new house. It looks great, fits the decor of their place and is very functional.

We bought two. One red with initial is outside the front door. The other without initial is inside the front door. We live in a rustic environment with lots of dirt tracking in. Our waterhogs catch both dirt and water but continue to look as good as new.

My husband just loves this door mat but alas I am not quite so charmed. It does everything it says it will and seem to be holding up well to south texas weather. It does hold water very well and for a very long time.
