Beware of Metal Material Used!
I ordered this cute Bistro set based on the reviews and the product information claiming it was made of aluminum and not a metal that would rust. The set arrived in a very tattered box...Read complete review
I ordered this cute Bistro set based on the reviews and the product information claiming it was made of aluminum and not a metal that would rust. The set arrived in a very tattered box, and luckily all the pieces were there. Directions were minimal but we figured them out. We noticed that some of the pieces were not "covered" completely with the paint. We have now had the set on our patio for two weeks (good weather in our area for this time of year here-warm and mild) and have noticed that the areas exposed have begun to rust. Aluminum does not rust folks. This set is made of a different metal and was manufactured in China. I am not happy about the quality again from Plow and Hearth.

This came with inadequate hardware and the poorest assembly instructions I have ever seen. If the box it was shipped in had been in better condition, I would have returned it but as it was it was going to be too much trouble. I tried to get more hardware shipped from you but just got a whole replacement set that still didn't have the right things. I bought some on my own although it was makeshift.Have been a Plow and Hearth customer before but will think twice before buying again.
