This sweater fits fine - I think it will be versatile enough to wear with jeans or dressy pants. I have not washed it yet, so I cannot critique that, but I am completely satisfied. The color was true to the photo and I might get one for my arthritic mother, who struggles with too many buttons or zippers.

I bought this for a friend who normally wears a size L. I chose an XL so she could layer under it, but the sleeves were way too tight for that (and a bit too short, as well). The chest was none too generous, either. It's a gorgeous sweater, but the fit just isn't right.

Absolutely loved this sweater...but...the sleeve length was about 2" too short...still considered keeping it...but it didn't look right with that much arm exposed. It looked as if it had shrunk after being washed or dry cleaned.

I ordered a Medium green one first and found it was a warm green (yellow-based) color and a bit small in the chest, so I returned it. I was looking for a blue-based color (cool color) and found that in the red, which was more a pink/red cooler color. Great color for me and the Large size fits well! I normally wear a size 10 top.

I work in a cold room, thought the sweater seemed kind of thinner than I expected. When I got to work, wearing a turtle neck under it, I found I did not have to get out the heater I usually turn on - it was a really nice warm sweater. Plus I got complimented on the style.

When I opened the package and tried on the sweater, I found that the stitching was pulled loose. So I repacked it and shipped it back. I loved the look and color of the sweater, and probably could have reordered another, but I didn't want to take chance that the loose stitching was problematic with this type of sweater.

The quality is outstanding so are the unique details. It's what sets this sweater apart from your typical "irish" sweater. I thought the color green in the catalog was brighter than the one I recieved. Was looking for a bold kelly green. I'm still keeping it because its so lovely.

I love this sweater! Very Celtic in design & looks great on. Would not recommend to those who want to slim down their look, it does add a bit of bulk.

I don't get a chance to dress up much at all, so when the chance comes to just dress up my jeans I'll put the sweater on. I'll also use it as a "jacket" and put a turtleneck on underneath it's so warm.
