Hand-Painted Metal Chicken Whirligig

Got this as a Christmas present.One of the chickens came un- soldered the first day I placed it outside and kept falling to the side which blocked the spinning mechanism.Took it back for an even exchange .Hope I have better luck with this one.

My mother got this for me as a Christmas present this year. The first day I placed it in my garden ,one of the chickens was not welded on correctly and kept leaning to the side so nothing would "whirl" or spin in the wind.I did exchange it at the store ,so I will try again...if this one breaks that easily I want a refund or something else that works!

While this looks cute, don't expect a performance. The mechanics are very stiff, it will take a very strong wind to get this going. Plus, the large flower just rests on the rod loosely, so we will have to glue it on to keep it from sliding off.
