This stool exceeded my expectations. I bought the dog version for my youngest adult daughter, who needed a step stool to reach items in her upper kitchen cabinets. Our older daughter loved it, too, and requested the cat version for her home. This is a very well-made, sturdy and useful item, which is also very cute and decorative.

I ordered this stool because I needed a stand for my cable box. It looked sturdy and well made. When I received it I was shocked at what a beautifully crafted product this was. No where can you purchase such a solid piece of furniture with attention to detail for under 50 dollars. In fact I don't know where you can find something this solid no matter how much you spend these days.
Needless to say, it is too cute to use under a cable box. I use it next to my chair to put my glasses and remote on. I smile every time I look at the adorable pooch curled up snoozing peacefully. No assembly was required either!

We keep the stool by the fireside for tending the flames. You do have to fight the cat for it as she's claimed it for herself.

I bought 2 dogs and 1 cat for my little nephews and niece--something to "keep" from their aunt. These stools are heavy-duty, well-made, and beautifully carved. They should last a lifetime! The kids absolutely loved them.

Got both the cat and dog, and each are adorable. Just got them but they appear to be pretty sturdy little guys. The finish needs to be rubbed out but no big deal. I really like them!

Really nice well made product. I was able to pick this up on sale, so that was the cherry on top. I ordered the dog stool too and like it best, because I am more of a dog person. But I am a pet sitter and tell people, cats are people too, that is why I got one of each!!!

I can now safely reach the things in my top cupboard shelves. Sturdy for standing, though I did put pads on the feet so it wouldn't scratch the floor. Very cute. Well- crafted. Wish I'd ordered the rooster too when they were on sale! Great addition to my kitchen.
