Great lanterns

These lanterns are of quality weight and construction. They are really attractive and I have had lots of compliments on them. I use them with my flameless candles and they look fabulous!

Loving my Lantern!

I got this on sale and the candles were not offered with it. Not sure if that is why it was on sale. Anyway...I got the lantern and it was larger than I expected and of great quality. The hinge works wonderfully. I purchased 3 different sized automatic pillars at a local shop and found them to be perfect. I have it setting on an antique table in our front foyer. It's so welcoming when guests arrive. For Christmas I have poinsettias around the pillars and plan to change out the "filler" with each season!

Nice, but too long of built in timer

2 fit best in the lantern that the candles are partnered with, but it's nice to have an extra. Hoping these candles were meant more for outdoors, but they are more appropriate for a enclosed deck where heat/sun are limited. Wish the auto timer was 6 hours not 8 hours.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I purchased both the lantern and candles. I find that only 2 candles work best in the lantern. I forgot to turn the candles off one night only to find when I came out in the morning they were off. I figured the batteries went dead, but the next night they came on again roughly the same time i turned them on the previous night. The built in timer for them is wonderful!
